1. General Agreement
By accessing, using, or registering an account on the iwebet platform (including the website, mobile application, and related services), you confirm that you have read these "Terms and Conditions of Service" ("Terms") and legally agree to them.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between iwebet and the individual using its service ("you" / "user"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the service.
2. Age Restriction and Responsible Gambling Commitment
iwebet services are intended for users aged 21 and above only. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to open an account, claim bonuses, or make payments.

3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 One Account Per Person Policy
Each person may hold only one account at iwebet at any time. Opening multiple accounts (multi-accounting) is a violation of these terms and may result in forfeiture of funds and account closure, regardless of the amount involved.
3.2 Registration Information
The name, phone number, and payment details you provide during registration must be accurate. iwebet may place withdrawals from accounts registered with incorrect information on hold pending investigation.
3.3 Account Security
You must keep your account password confidential. You are responsible for all access to your account, whether authorised or not. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Account Closure
iwebet reserves the right to suspend an account immediately and without prior notice if a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful activity is detected.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods at iwebet are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks for any method
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour. However, if additional verification is required, it may take longer.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Check
iwebet reserves the right to monitor transactions for anti-money laundering purposes. If a withdrawal request is deemed to be an attempt to return the original deposit without genuine play ("chip dumping"), a processing fee of up to half the withdrawal amount may be charged.
4.5 Incorrect Amounts
If funds are credited to your account due to a technical error or incorrect amount, iwebet reserves the right to reclaim those funds immediately. Any play conducted using such funds will not count towards bonus wagering requirements.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
iwebet's welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. For example, if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus and your total balance becomes 60,000 Ks. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn (e.g. 40,000 Ks bonus × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks must be wagered).
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus will have its own wagering requirement, and winnings may only be withdrawn once that requirement has been met.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
- Whether a new bonus may be claimed before a previous bonus is completed is at iwebet's discretion.
- If there is suspicion that a bonus has been claimed with fraudulent intent, iwebet reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
5.3 Promotion Changes
iwebet may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion with or without prior notice. Updated terms take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
6. Game Rules
6.1 Result Confirmation
Game results are determined by iwebet's tamper-proof random number generator (RNG). For any dispute regarding a loss or game outcome, iwebet will review the server log and issue a final ruling, which is binding.
6.2 Unfair Play
Bonus abuse (pretending to play in order to exploit bonuses), arbitrage betting, and Robot/Bot play are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the wager and bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a game cannot continue due to a server error, software fault, or network disconnection, iwebet reserves the right to suspend that game or to refund the wager before play resumes.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on iwebet—
- Providing false personal information
- Logging in using another person's registered details
- Using bonus abuse methods
- Intentionally exploiting software bugs
- Using a Bot, Macro, or Automated Script to fill betting slips
- Making deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of money laundering
- Spreading messages that damage iwebet's reputation
When making decisions regarding these violations, the judgment of iwebet staff is final and no refunds will be issued.
8. Intellectual Property
All logos, designs, software, code, content, and related materials ("Intellectual Property") on the iwebet platform are protected under copyright law belonging to iwebet or its providers.
Access to the service is permitted for personal use only. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or reverse engineer iwebet's intellectual property.
9. Restrictions and Service Suspension
iwebet may restrict or suspend the service without prior notice in the following circumstances—
- Unforeseen technical issues arise
- Maintenance work needs to be carried out
- Events beyond our control such as natural disasters, war, or epidemic (Force Majeure)
- Legal or regulatory changes
During any such suspension, wagers already placed will be handled in accordance with policy, and iwebet is not responsible for any loss of winnings.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iwebet is not liable for any losses incurred (including wagered funds, unexpected profits, or reputational damage). iwebet's limited liability will not exceed the amount you have deposited.
iwebet is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party game providers, payment services, or network services.
11. Amendments to Terms
iwebet may amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the platform, and continued access after that point means you agree to the updated terms.
